A budding band from Echo Park in Los Angeles, this incredibly un-googleable band has something special going. After recording their first 7″ with White Iris Records this year (which sold out quickly), the band will be hitting the road with Best Coast this fall.

They’re raw, sincere and sound a hell of a lot like Interpol mixed with the National. Keep an eye on Chicago’s Young Jesus who released their first full length LP, Home , earlier this year. Admittedly (via their Facebook page) “Pretty young and dumb,” the group has some room for growth, but if tracks like “Family and Friends” and “Home” are any indication, they’re definitely on the right path.
